Who ever said doors need to be boring or mono functional? This bad boy has a swing out panel that allows it to function as a traditional (albeit bright green) door during the day and a non-regulation sized ping (beer) pong table at night.

The Magic of Paint
Too lazy to write a new post. Spent most of the weekend painting. Check out the before and after pics below. Place looks crazy bland with the plain white walls and pretty much awesome after. Maybe not really awesome yet, but definitely a step in the right direction.

Teeth
Let's talk teeth. To keep your chompers clean, healthy, and pretty much perfect, you only need two things:
One. A sonicare toothbrush. Seriously...it's like walking out of the dentists office. The thing strokes your teeth a bazillion times a second. If you don't have one: buy it, ask for it for flag day, steal it from Walmart, whatever- just make it happen.

And two. An oral irrigator. I don't understand why this isn't in every house everywhere. Flossing is such a dated, antiquated, and unnecessarily cumbersome method for cleaning in between ones teeth. For those reasons, I've been using this kick ass Panasonic oral irrigator for the last few years. It's great in every single way but for the fact that it needs batteries. As they get weaker the water pressure lessens making the thing useless, plus battery life is kind of suspect. And quite frankly, no one feels like hunting down some double A's in the early AM.
In spite of these shortcomings, I was still looking to buy a second one for the condo so I can leave my old one at my parents place. And while doing so I ran across this, which is basically everything I've ever wanted in an oral irrigator. Unfortunately, this most awesome device is only available in the UK. What the hell Panasonic- the UK, seriously? Do they even brush their teeth? I want one in the U.S. and I want it now!

FYI, my sister-in-law and her sister are both dentists so I'm kind of an expert.
